In this video, I discuss the ongoing challenges I am facing as I navigate systemic workplace issues, violations of my rights, and retaliation for standing up against corruption. Concerns of Bias and Unprofessional Conduct:
During the evaluation, Dr. Killian's conduct raised several concerns:
Preconceived Conclusions: Dr. Killian referenced a pre-prepared 20-page document about me, compiled before our meeting, suggesting a predetermined judgment.
Leading and Irrelevant Questions: He posed questions that seemed unrelated to my professional duties, such as inquiries about personal associations and speculative scenarios, which did not pertain to my job performance.
Dismissal of Contextual Explanations: When I attempted to provide context to his questions, he frequently interrupted, indicating a lack of interest in understanding the full scope of my responses.
Inappropriate Remarks: Dr. Killian made generalized statements about the State of Illinois and religious institutions, which I found unprofessional and indicative of potential bias.
These experiences lead me to question the objectivity and validity of Dr. Killian's evaluation.
