Even after enduring years of abuse and systemic sabotage, my third and most desperate attempt to free myself legally became yet another battlefield. On May 3, 2024, the Judgment of Dissolution was finally entered—but freedom didn’t follow. Instead, it revealed how deeply manipulation was woven into my records, my relationships, and the very systems meant to protect me.

Despite filing everything correctly, showing up self-represented, and presenting my evidence with clarity, the court’s documentation process was riddled with stricken entries, delays, and challenges to enforcement.

In truth, this wasn’t just a divorce. It was a life-or-death race to survive. I was targeted with stalking, life insurance threats, and emotional manipulation meant to destroy me before I could legally break free. This was my third filing after years of trauma—yet still, I had to fight for recognition, for protection, for justice.

What followed—violations of the Reciprocal No Contact Order, contempt petitions, and continued coercive control—proved that legal documents alone do not ensure safety. They simply begin the fight.
