A high-speed event caused by stress and sabotage was twisted against me, instead of being seen as a symptom of persecution.
While driving through Missouri, Dana was aggressively followed by multiple vehicles, leading to a hydroplane crash in severe weather. She safely made it to a QuikTrip station and called 911 to report the incident, providing license plates and details. Despite her distress and the totaled vehicle, the responding officer showed indifference—speaking briefly to the suspicious drivers and dismissing the situation without documentation or investigation. This incident reflects a disturbing pattern of being stalked, digitally harassed, and ignored by authorities during a moment of real danger.

Location: QuikTrip on Little Blue Parkway, near I-70 and Independence Center, MO
Summary:
Dana was forced off the road into a hydroplane incident due to multiple cars chasing her (evidence with picture of license plates), causing her to crash into the side rail and total her vehicle amid heavy rain and what she described as “hurricane-like” conditions.
Despite the damage, her car was still drivable, and she managed to reach the QuikTrip gas station to seek help.
Dana called 911 to report that she was being followed and provided details about suspicious vehicles, including a gold Dodge SUV with the plate "EL6 M2U" and a light gold/silver Chevy Silverado.
The responding officer approached the vehicles and casually asked them if they knew her, rather than investigating her concerns further.
Dana attempted to explain the situation, including the context of her divorce, electronic hacking, the large check, the chase, and the crash, but the officer seemed indifferent.
Concerns:
Inadequate police response and apparent indifference toward Dana’s reports of being followed and harassed.
The officer’s approach appeared to disregard the potential danger posed by the vehicles she identified.
The culmination of events, including financial vulnerability, the severe crash, and the ongoing surveillance, exacerbated Dana’s distress without resolution.

Dear Independence Police Department FOIA Officer,
I am submitting this FOIA request for records related to an incident that occurred on or around Friday, April 26, 2024, at approximately 4:00-5:00 AM, when I called 911 and met with a police officer at the QuikTrip located at 4005 S Little Blue Pkwy, Independence, MO 64057.
Incident Summary:
I called 911 to report being followed aggressively by multiple vehicles while driving from St. Charles, MO to Independence, MO.
The vehicles pursued me in a dangerous manner, causing me to hydroplane and hit a guardrail due to heavy rain and diminished visibility. Despite the damage to my vehicle, it remained drivable, and I continued to the QuikTrip for safety.
Upon arrival at the QuikTrip, I met with a police officer and identified a few of the vehicles involved. However, the officer reportedly spoke briefly to the drivers and dismissed the situation without conducting a thorough investigation.
The officer did not document the damage to my vehicle, provide assistance, or to my knowledge, file a complete report.
Records Requested:
I am requesting any and all records related to this incident, including but not limited to:
1. 911 Call: A recording and transcript of the 911 call I made requesting assistance.
2. Police Report: Any reports written by the responding officer(s) regarding the incident.
3. Body Camera Footage: Video and audio recordings from the officer(s) present during the interaction.
4. QuikTrip Surveillance Footage: Any camera footage from the gas station’s premises capturing the event.
5. License Plate Information: Documentation or follow-up notes regarding the vehicles I identified during my report.
This information is critical for an upcoming court case where I must provide evidence of ongoing harassment, stalking, and violations of a Reciprocal No Contact Order by my ex-husband, who I believe orchestrated these events.

Ms. Wilson,
No report was taken by the responding officer. His call notes are attached. 911 call are only released with a court order. We will check for any axon footage, but I’m not sure our cameras were deployed at the time of your call. Any request for Quik Trip footage will have to be made by you to their security division. We can not release the license information without a court order.

We did not have body cam videos at the time of this incident. We also do not have dash cam footage from the officer that responded out.
As stated before, if you are wanting any Quik Trip video that would be something you would need to request through them.
