Misrepresentation of Facts: The report inaccurately describes a critical medical situation as a behavioral disturbance involving alcohol, perpetuating a false narrative.
Kerri’s History of Deception: Kerri’s criminal record and reported fraudulent behavior call into question her reliability as a witness. Please note the domestic disturbance police report between Kerri and Charles 9 days after this event.
Absence of Law Enforcement Justification: There was no need for police intervention. The decision to call an ambulance service was made by the adults present out of concern for my medical safety. No police were necessary at the event prior to going with my mother in the ambulance to the hospital.
Impact on Reputation and Custody: False allegations of erratic behavior and intoxication in front of the children can unfairly impact custody matters and create an inaccurate portrayal of my actions and character.
On Friday, October 6, 2017 I left work early because I was experiencing severe pain in my neck and into my arm. With the motorcycle accident, the surgeries, all the medications that had been diagnosed I wasn’t sure what was going on because I had never experienced anything like that prior. I called my mother, Irma Jonna Veach, on the way home from leaving work early. She helps me to stay calm as I drive toward home. By the time I get to Chatham I do have a glass of wine to see if that would assist with relaxing my body but it made everything worse. I was advised by my mother to pull into Charles’ home right across the street from me and that she would be there to help and Charles and Kerri could help in the meantime. I did not ask for my kids. All three adults (Irma Jonna Veach, Charles Wilson and Kerri Winter) talked me into calling the ambulance so that I could get the help I needed. It was diagnosed that I had a severe neck spasm. Again I had never experienced this prior so it was unknown to me. Charles and Kerri were more than happy to take care of the children while I got the medical attention that I needed. When I completed a FOIA request it was very surprising to me that this was even reported. After Charles was no longer engaged to be married with Kerri Winter he informed me that she was a scam artist and her mother had gotten in a lot of trouble for the scandals they had done with insurance fraud, small claims and with her mother’s affiliation with Good Will. I have documented an incident 2016CM001277 Criminal Misdemeanor showing a count for Deceptive Practices at the Sangamon County Circuit Clerk. Kerri Winter and Charles had a volatile relationship where I had to intervein to remove my children for Charles’ home and cops were called but no report was made. Charles also informed me that Kerri Winter had dated a member of the Chatham Police Department. Looking at how Chatham Police Reports are documented in each of these cases, Charles is favored with regard to his side of the story instead of the officers reporting in a neutral point of view. The Health Alliance statement shows that I had been billed for Chatham Fire Protection District – the Ambulance, was seen at Memorial Medical Center for the Emergency Room visit and was given a prescription medication at Walgreens for this visit.

Medical Notes indicate: The patient presents with A 35 y/o female presents to the ED with c/o neck pain. The pt states she has over worked herself for the past week and has gotten little sleep. Pt states the neck pain started this morning at 3 am when she woke up. Pt believe she may have slept on her neck the wrong way. Pt states the pain is on the right side of her neck and radiates throughout neck. Pt states this pain is a muscle pain. Pt states applying pressure makes the pain better. Provided medication for spasm and educational material for home care.

Note: Kerri Winter has history of Deceptive Practices filed in court on 2016-11-08. Charles had indicated that her mother was affiliated with the Good Will Industries and that both had gotten in trouble (Kerri and her mother) for fraudulent activities – this is here say – I don’t know how valid Charles’ statement are but showing a court docket of Kerri having charges filed against her for deceptive practices does show her lack of integrity.
