📄 2024-04-24 – St. Louis Lambert Police
Tracking, stalking, and digital interference occurred across state lines. I filed this to stop the cycle, not to retaliate.
While resting in her Tesla at St. Louis Lambert Airport, Dana was startled by police knocking on her window. Fearing a setup, she called 911 to confirm their legitimacy—only to discover Charles Wilson had falsely reported that she was unresponsive or harmed. Charles arrived suspiciously fast, raising serious concerns of GPS tracking, cyberstalking, and cross-state harassment.
Though Dana was calm and coherent, officers failed to file a full report, downplayed the misuse of emergency services, and dismissed her safety concerns. She later filed FOIA requests to obtain documentation and body cam footage, which revealed inconsistencies in police records and inadequate handling of the incident. This event highlights the ongoing misuse of law enforcement to intimidate Dana, the failure of authorities to take her claims seriously, and the urgency of addressing cyberstalking and perjury across state lines.
Summary:
Dana was woken by police knocking on her car window, demanding she exit the vehicle.
Concerned it was a setup, Dana called 911 to verify the legitimacy of the officers and confirmed they were real.
Charles Wilson was present at the scene, despite the short time window since Dana had parked, raising concerns of illegal tracking.
Charles allegedly informed the police that Dana had harmed herself or overdosed, which was untrue and a clear act of perjury.
After verifying her well-being and coherence, the police released Dana without further incident.
Concerns:
The rapid arrival of Charles Wilson at the scene suggests illegal tracking and stalking.
The police and EMT were used as intimidation tools based on false claims.
Dana’s concerns about coordinated harassment and illegal tracking across state lines were dismissed, despite her coherent explanations and supporting evidence.
“I get woken up with the Cops beating my window demanding that I get out of my car. I thought it was bogus and I called 911 to verify that they were real cops and they were! Charles had committed perjury and admits this on his text which are now evidence in our No Contact Order with our divorce. I do not roll down my window – they harass and harass me. Finally Charles leaves and I tell them that he is the one who was stalking me – how on earth did he get there in less than an hour and a half and he said they called him because they were worried I was dead. That is the biggest pile of horse shit I’ve ever heard. They let me go without getting out of my car and drive off.”

It was extremely challenging to obtain these records. The first time I called in I was given the run around between St. Louis Metropolitan website and the actual police department at the St. Louis Airport. Even though the records needed to come from the airport I still had to create a login and submit my request through the metropolitan portal. No one wanted to explain the process and the female police officer at the airport was not interested in helping. She insisted on a report number and wanted exact times of the incident. Even though all of this was provided they still provided an incorrect report to begin with. I had to keep calling and talking with the department to finally get the correct information even though it was very minimal on the police department’s side for documentation on this incident period. I am still waiting on the body camera footage. I’m only posting the correct report information.

Dear Records Custodian, I am submitting a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request regarding an incident that occurred on or about April 24, 2024, at Super Parking Lot A or B near Natural Bridge Road, St. Louis Lambert International Airport. Specifically, I request the following records: 1. The 911 call reports associated with this incident (both from Charles Wilson and myself Dana Wilson), any recording and transcript associated with the incident. 2. The police incident report and any corresponding notes, memos, or witness statements. 3. Any video surveillance and/or body camera footage captured in the area that corresponds to the date and time. To assist with locating the records, here are additional details: • The responding officers may have interacted with both myself and an individual named Charles R. Wilson at the location. • The original call would have been made by Charles R. Wilson expressing that I was unresponsive. This was a false claim. • I have text messages showing that he admits to tracking and following me across state lines using law enforcement and EMT to cause distress and harassment. • The incident involved a check for alleged harm or distress, during which I contacted 911 for verification. • After I confirmed the police officers and EMT were real I worked with them to show the officers the printed receipt from the Super Park Lot that I had been in the lot for less than one hour. They saw that I was under no distress, that I was very coherent and that this was not the emergency that Charles Wilson reported. Please inform me of any fees before processing, if applicable. Contact Information: • Name: Dana Rachelle Wilson • Address: 1 Kirkwood Drive, Chatham, IL 62629 • Phone: 217-622-3879 and 217-816-7522 • Email: wilsondanar@gmail.com Thank you for your assistance.

We are still researching your request.

We do not have camera coverage on our parking lots
I am still waiting to hear from the Airport Police if they have any Incident Reports to which they would have responded.
I expect more information no later than February 1

I was in a blue Tesla not a small silver/blk SUV. The Reporting Party as Charles R. Wilson not Janea Cuneo. The date and time are off on this as well this occurred on 4/24/2024 (Wednesday) during the time period of 22:40 and 23:54 (less than 1 hour and 15 minutes in the lot) - not at 2:05pm. I am attaching a parking receipt for the duration that I was in the lot which includes the time I was talking with the officers and EMT. Please correct records and resend. The Tesla was a 2023 Model S 4D Hatchback with VIN 5YJSA1E50PF502194. Please let me know if you need additional information. This matter is currently not resolved.

Summary of 2024-04-24 Incident at St. Louis Lambert International Airport
Incident Overview:
On April 24, 2024, two body cam videos from the St. Louis Lambert International Airport Police Department show an interaction between you, the police, and emergency responders. Despite claims that you were unresponsive, the footage shows you awake, coherent, and clearly expressing your concerns.
Key Points of Concern:
1. Fabrication of Unresponsiveness: You are visibly awake and coherent in the videos, contradicting claims that you were slumped over or unresponsive.
2. Legitimate Fear for Safety: You refused to roll down the window or exit the vehicle because your ex-husband, Charles, was present. He admitted to using a shared family account to track you, which you viewed as a serious violation and a safety threat.
3. Harassment and Intimidation: Charles followed you across state lines, called the police, and falsely portrayed you as unconscious to justify police and EMT presence. The police call summary, which only states "subject passed out, spouse locked out," omits critical context.
4. Excessive Emergency Response: Despite you being fully conscious, the response included police, an ambulance, and the fire department, which was disproportionate to the situation.
5. Lack of Proper Documentation: The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department had no record of your 911 call, where you sought to verify the officers’ legitimacy due to Charles' presence. Additionally, the police failed to document your side of the story in their report.
6. Charles' Abrupt Departure: Once you began explaining your concerns to the EMT, Charles left the scene without further involvement, raising further suspicion.
7. Misrepresentation by Emergency Personnel: The EMT exaggerated your position in the vehicle, contradicting the body cam footage, which clearly shows you lying back with a coat as a pillow, not slumped or incapacitated.
Summary of Police Call Record:
Location: SuperPark Lot A, Lambert International Blvd, Terminal One.
Description: "Subject in Tesla passed out and spouse locked out of car."
EMS1 Note: "Patient Refused."
This limited summary fails to account for the excessive number of responders (two police officers, two EMTs, and a fire department response in progress) and omits your reported concerns.
Conclusion:
The body cam footage supports your account: you were coherent, cooperative, and acting out of legitimate fear for your safety due to Charles' tracking and presence. The exaggerated claims of your condition and the disproportionate emergency response appear to be tactics of harassment and intimidation. Additionally, the lack of a complete police report and missing 911 call records highlight procedural failures that misrepresent the incident.
