๐ 2024-04-26 โ Fulton County Police Report
While fleeing threats, my trauma response was mistaken for instability. The real danger was never investigated.
While fleeing credible threats and recent cyberattacks, Dana sought help at the Fulton Police Department after noticing she was being followed and unable to secure her new vehicle or access her bank accounts. Her legitimate fears, tied to previous stalking incidents and a court-issued No Contact Order, were dismissed. Officers appeared more interested in her circumstances than her safety, advising her to stay in a motelโan option that only escalated her anxiety.
Key Concerns:
Officers failed to investigate reported stalking and potential vehicle tampering.
Dana's emotional state and complex situation were mistaken for instability.
Vulnerabilities in her finances, transportation, and safety were ignored, leaving her isolated in a dangerous multi-state stalking situation.
2024-04-26 00-15 AM Occurrence Report 24-4384 Fulton County Police Department, MO
Location: Fulton Police Department, MO
Summary:
After finalizing the trade-in of her Tesla for a 2018 Ford Escape at CarMax in St. Peters, MO, Dana began noticing she was being followed.
She felt unsafe with her new car, fearing its keypad could be accessed by anyone who had knowledge of the card that came with the vehicle - vulnerable. She also couldnโt deposit the $30,000 check from the trade-in due to hacked electronic accounts previously linked to her ex-husband, Charles (even with attempts to change passwords everything was locked).
During a severe rainstorm, Dana made her way toward Kansas City, thinking she could return the vehicle to CarMax, but the escalating chase led her to seek refuge at the Fulton Police Department.
The officers appeared dismissive of her claims, laughed at her fears, and showed interest in the check and the fact that she was alone.
They advised her to stay at a local motel in Kingdom City, but upon stopping for gas, Dana noticed concerning behavior from individuals at the station and the motel, further raising her anxiety.
Feeling unsafe, she got back into her car and continued driving.
Concerns:
Lack of police support and apparent dismissal of her fears.
The growing pattern of being followed and targeted, compounded by isolation and hacked finances.
Recommendations from law enforcement that did not adequately address the safety concerns she raised.

subject: FOIA Request for Incident Records โ April 26-27, 2024
mailed-by: gmail.com
Dear City of Fulton FOIA Officer,
I am submitting this FOIA request to obtain records related to an incident that occurred on or around April 26-28, 2024, when I presented to the City of Fulton Police Station at 935 US-54 BUS, Fulton, MO 65251 seeking assistance.
Incident Summary:
I requested assistance after being followed by my ex-husband across state lines, which included a false report of harm resulting in an Emergency Welfare Check by police and EMTs at the St. Louis Lambert International Airport Paid Parking Lot.
My ex-husband later admitted to perjury and violated a Reciprocal No Contact Order by continuing to stalk and track me.
I traded in my vehicle at CarMax in St. Charles, MO to prevent further tracking after extensive efforts to remove his access to my Tesla vehicle. However, I encountered issues with the newly purchased Ford Escape:
The vehicleโs security was compromised, as the keypad lock could be reset with the VIN/serial number.
My personal accounts were hacked, and I was unable to deposit a $30,000 check from CarMax.
I was followed by multiple vehicles, whose license plate information I documented.
When I presented this information at the police station, there were four officers present. They advised me to stay in a hotel room for the night but did not provide assistance or take my concerns seriously.
Records Requested:
I am requesting any and all records related to this incident, including but not limited to:
Police Reports: Documentation or reports filed regarding my visit and the concerns I raised.
Video Surveillance: Footage from the police stationโs interior and exterior cameras during my visit.
Body Camera Footage: Video and audio recordings from any officers present during my interaction.
Incident Notes: Any notes or internal communications related to the incident.
License Plate Information: Any follow-up regarding the vehicle license plates I provided during my report.
These records are critical for an upcoming court case in which I must provide evidence of my ex-husbandโs contempt of court and ongoing harassment.
If you require additional details or clarification, please feel free to contact me at [Your Email Address] or [Your Phone Number]. Thank you for your time and assistance.
Sincerely,
Dana Rachelle Wilson
