📄 2016-03-04 Charles Stole Father’s Gun – Suicide Threat
A cry for help turned into silence by all surrounding institutions. This incident foreshadowed deeper manipulation and the control Charles held.
This police report shows a suicide attempt by Charles Wilson at the residence of 1413 Sequoia Drive. Charles had come home to an empty house from his traveling job at Cognizant Technologies. We were in the middle of divorce proceedings and I had moved myself and our children out of the home to my mom, Irma Jonna Veach’s residence at 1208 Oakbrook Avenue, Chatham, IL. When he came into the empty house (I head left all of his belongings and many shared items) he decided to attempt suicide. My mother said that the hospital indicated he did not have marks on his neck where he had claimed he hung himself from the attack stairs. The attack stairs were broken after this incident. Memorial Hospital saw it fit for him to be committed to the hospital in the psychiatric unit for about a week. At that time he found a girlfriend who was involved in a lot of drug related activities and very dangerous to bring around our children. My mother believes this was an attempt at a psychological ploy especially with the recent stolen gun from my father’s house without the usage of it. She believed it was to try and get me to stay with him. I believe he was psychologically unstable because the hospital kept him for a week.
