Theft of safety, property, and peace. This incident wasn’t just a break-in—it was a direct threat to my life tied to financial motives.
While staying at the Courtyard by Marriott during a fumigation of her residence, Dana discovered signs of a break-in—an unlocked sliding glass door and her $1 million life insurance policy removed from her bag and left out in plain sight. The Springfield Police Department was contacted, but the report was minimized, and no full investigation was performed. This incident reflects an ongoing pattern of coordinated harassment, surveillance, and psychological intimidation involving known individuals from Dana's recovery network, former employer, and ex-husband. Despite repeated legal attempts to protect herself, Dana’s safety was once again compromised, with law enforcement failing to document or act on the credible threat.
Summary:
Dana stayed at a hotel during the fumigation of her duplex rental. She was unaware of a sliding glass door, which she later discovered unlocked upon returning from an AA meeting.
A suspicious car with someone inside appeared to be monitoring her throughout her stay.
At the AA meeting, Dana observed coordinated signals between attendee Brian Glubok and another man identified at working at a telecommunication company in a previous meeting, raising concerns of surveillance and intimidation.
When she returned, critical paperwork, including her Jackson National Life Insurance policy (with over $1 million coverage that her father was the underwriter for – Robert Yuill), was pulled from her belongings and placed visibly, indicating intentional tampering and intimidation.
The life insurance company made the policy difficult to cancel, but Dana ensured it was revised so only her children could benefit (missing Trust by Sara Delano Pavlic at Delano Law Offices).
Her Tesla vehicle was unable to lock due to a Telsa not allowing the vehicle to be secured during the official ownership transfer (trying to remove Charles Wilson completely as the vehicle was paid with my money), further increasing her vulnerability.
Dana believes the incident was orchestrated by individuals from the AA meeting like Rabbi Stern, Brian Glubok, Mary Dorn, her ex-husband Charles Wilson, and others involved in a larger plot to surveil and threaten her life.
She reported the incident to the Springfield Police Department and documented concerns about the potential conspiracy involving multiple actors and organizations.
Concerns:
Unauthorized access to the hotel room, indicating a coordinated breach.
Critical life insurance policy documentation being deliberately exposed.
Lack of immediate response from law enforcement to secure her safety.
